  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined

  • 1 lemon, juiced and zested
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the Pasta: In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the spaghetti or linguine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Cook the Chicken: In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced chicken, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
